Announcements
Hear ye, hear ye!
Course announcements are public to the course and all participants can view them. They are housed on the Announcements page and Canvas will message all course participants each time you post a new announcement. Remember that when and how students receive announcement notifications depends on their personal notification preferences.
And, unlike other LMS systems, Canvas announcements allow students to reply and ask follow up questions or make comments, just like a discussion. If you prefer not to let students reply to announcements, you can disable this feature in your course Settings.

After exploring the Guides links, return to Canvas and click the "Next" button at the bottom right of the page to move to the next section of the module.
