First Steps if Canvas is Acting Funny
First Things First
Working in Canvas is the same as working on any Webpage, and the first step is to decide which internet browser you will use. Canvas will work with the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, with Chrome and Firefox working the best. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge is not recommended.

If you are using the correct browser and having issues in Canvas, there are two steps to take before reaching out for help, clear your browser cache and reboot your computer. Sometimes your browser will save a poorly cached site, and it can cause problems.

Reboot
Once you have cleared the browser cache, reboot your computer. To correctly reboot, you must make sure the power is completely off. The system going to sleep is not the same as a reboot. So, power your system entirely off let it sit for a few minutes, and power it back on.
