Cell Biology for Humans
Open-source biology textbook. This book was designed for the Cell Biology class taught at Yakima Valley College. In addition to typical cell and molecular biology topics, we also include some introductory Anatomy/Physiology topics such as: - resting membrane potential - flow-down gradients - feedback loops - cell signaling - secondary active transport - natural selection Each section of the book is published as a Canvas page. Most sections include a link to a related lecture posted in YouTube. These are publicly available and also open-source. Images are credited in the video descriptions; all are licensed under creative commons.
