How do I find help online?
Help me Canvas, help, help me Canvas!
You may never need Canvas help, but it's good to know how to find it if you do. The help link in the upper right corner of your screen provides quick and easy access to your Canvas help options. Help options may vary by college. If the help link is not enabled at your institution, please contact your eLearning office and ask about the Canvas help process on your campus.
If you prefer to help yourself before asking questions, then the Canvas Guides Links to an external site. are for you! The Guides are maintained and updated by Instructure and they will always provide the most current help documentation. There are audience specific versions of the Guides for instructors, students and admins. You might want to check out the Video Guides Links to an external site. too!
Do you like to search for information and collaborate with others, then check out the Canvas Community Links to an external site.. Here you can find answers, share ideas, and join groups.
