Campus Email and Computer Access

After receiving notification of your teaching position, there is an important task you must complete before moving forward. If you plan to use the college's Learning Management System (LMS) Canvas, the sooner you get this done, the better.

First, contact the college HR office to request your Employment ID (EID another name). Next, using the form in the Checklist apply for network access. The college HR office is located in the Prior Annex on 16th Avenue, (509)574-4670. After receiving your EID, store it somewhere you can easily access. The EID is necessary to obtain access to various tools on campus and to log into your faculty portal on the YVC Web Page.
